Siesta Peepbox at Papalote Museo del Nino in Mexico

Following the success of the Castle Peep Box and the Electro Bacchanalia Peep Box, Papalote Children's Museum in Mexico has ordered a custom-made peep box for their new satellite museum in Cuernavaca opening late 2008.

The peep box is based on the painting Siesta, by Mexican artist Ramón Cano Manilla (1888-1974). In our interpretation the two mischievous characters – inspired by Chaplin as well as cartoons Tom and Jerry – do their best to con and trick each other.
